The trailer wiring harness I recommend for a 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 is the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 119250KIT which is the only option that does not require splicing. This is a powered unit that requires a power wire to the battery.
