Will the Curt base plate C33FR work with any aftermarket bumper, such as a Smittybilt XCR Atlas front bumper, on a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport? Does Curt Base Plate C33FR hang lower than Curt base plate C38FR thus allowing it to clear aftermarket bumpers?
