Are these lights waterproof if mounted on exterior of a trailer?

The Gustafson RV LED Utility Strip Light - 6W - Black Housing - Clear Lens - 8" Long # 277-000493 is designed for interior and exterior use. It is water resistant but not waterproof meaning it isn't designed to be completely submerged.
