Question:
Thank you. Will I need a new control/filter box in the inside of the motorhome, will I use the old one or does this come with a new one?

The Colman units were made to run all the time. You definitely got the full life out of the unit and I recommend replacing it with the Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup w/ Start Capacitor - 13,500 Btu - White # ACCOL135. It is designed to replace your coleman unit and utilize the current wiring harness. This cutout you referenced is standard size so it will not be an issue.
You can add the Electric Heat Strip for Advent Air RV Air Conditioners - 5,500 BTU # ACMHD to this unit and it will take the chill out of the air.
