Replacing Airxcel With Advent Rooftop AC

Question:

Can i Upgrade from 13000btu to 15000btu and will it make a difference far as pulling ampage on the RV will it strain it or will it be OK to upgrade more BTUs

I spoke with a representative of Advent who told me that yes, you can use the Advent Air Replacement Rooftop RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup # ACCOL135 (White) or # ACCOL135B (Black) to replace your Airxcel unit, which I believe you meant was model 8333B876, as there was no model with those numbers that had a "D" in it.

The 15,000 BTU Advent # ACCOL150 (White) or # ACCOL150B draws 1,750 watts while the 13,000 BTU # ACCOL135 (White) or # ACCOL135B draws 1,450 watts so you will need to make sure you have the capacity for the extra watts. If so, you can use the higher-rated BTU units.
