Replacement Bearing Kit for 5,800 lb Lippert Axle

Published 07/03/2020

Question:

I have one more question if you don’t mind... For my 5,800 lb axle, I need to order cotter pins for the bearing repack I’m doing. I got the grease seals from you, but forgot to order the cotter pins. Can you tell me which size cotter pins I should order, or which ones come in the bearing kit linked below? I don’t need the full bearing kit just yet. Thank you.

What is the axle capacity that you have? We don't have an easy way to look up what you have with the info you listed but if you get me the axle info I can see what you may need.

Axle capacity is 5,800 lbs. here’s a photo of the axle label if it helps. MorRyde answered the wet bolt questions, so I just need to know what I would need to order for a wheel bearing kit, or for seals in case I don’t need the whole kit. Thank you,

For a 5,800 lb axle the bearing kit you'd need is the part # BK3-110. The grease seal part number is # GS-2125DL.

For just a cotter pin you'd want the part # 165649.
