I looked up pictures of your 2018 Coachman Leprechaun 311 FS and it looks to have a black RV ladder very similar to our Stromberg part # LA-401BA which is 99-1/2 inches tall and can be trimmed down shorter if needed.

I attached a picture we got from a customer that shows it installed on a similar RV to yours for you to check out.
