Question:

I have a 2009 Chevy express 3500 cutaway shuttle bus You list this as a fit for the vehicle I have but the instructions list as for a 2014. Or newer I contacted manufacturer buyer and they say that this hitch will not fit. Not sure what to believe as I think you guys have more experience If the holes don’t line up could I drill them out?

According to Buyer's Products, the # 3371801102 is a fit for 2014-2019 Cutaway Chassis models. For your 2009 model, I'd recommend the # 3371801100, which they confirm as being a fit for 1996-2015 models. They were unable to explain the weird overlap for the 2014 model year, but were very confident that the # 3371801100 is the fit for your 2009.
