How To Install 5-Way On 2008 GMC Canyon With Factory 4-Way

Question:
I have a 2008 GMC Canyon. It currently has a wiring harness with a flat 4 wire connector. We recently purchased a trailer with brakes that had a flat 5 wire plug. Do you have an adaptor or do I need to purchase a new harness? If so, can you provide a link to the product? I also need a new plug for the trailer it is damaged.

The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56510 is just what you need to install a 5-way trailer connector on a 2008 GMC Canyon and this option means you won't have to use any adapters which require splicing.
In order to replace the 5-way on the trailer you can use the Hopkins Endurance 5-Way Flat Trailer Connector part # HM47910.
