There are several hitches to fit your 2020 Ford F-150 that does not have the factory hitch, the Curt # C14017 is the class IV.
It has base capacities of 10,000 lb towing and 1,000 lb tongue weight capacity, this increases to 12,000 lb towing and 1,200 lb tongue weight capacity when used in conjunction with weight distribution systems.
I have added a links to the video install of the # C14017 hitch for you to check out.
In regards to wiring adapter, I'm not quite sure what you are referring to, but if you do NOT have the factory tow package you can add a 7-way with the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # C56413.
