LED Replacement Light for 4 Inch Round Trailer Tail Light

I have a boat trailer with brake lights that fit inside of a 4 steel cylinder tube. The current light is the 3 7/8 incandescent brake light but I would like to upgrade to LED. Is there any LED brake lights that would fit in this application?

I have a solution for you. We don't have any LED lights that are a fit for the inside of that 4 inch cylinder. All of our LED options are linked and they are slightly bigger.
What you can do is use an LED bulb in an incandescent fixture. For example, the Peterson Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Turn, Tail - Incandescent - Round - Red Lens - Passenger Side # 431800 in the attached video (with the 4 inch round tube) uses 1157 bulb so you can use # ARC63FR for an LED.
