Regarding my truck, it is a 2019 Ford F-350 long bed dually. The folding tonneau cover I have is a BakFlip MX4.

The Thule TracRac Contractor Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Side Mount - Steel - 250 lbs # TH14750 gets the support it needs from the floor which is why there isn't a similar rack compatible with stake pocket use. You can get a full ladder rack that will use the stake pocket and utilize the full side to side bracing for support like the Adarac # A70450. IF you let me know your specific vehicle, I can give you a compatible rack option. To not interfere with a folding cover you would need to use the Adarac Pro like # A4000964 with the straight supports versus the angled supports. They are vehicle specific, so I would need to know your specific truck year/make/model and bed size to confirm a fit.
