Can you send me the wiring diagram for this so when I install it I can hook it up right?

The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118551 which is a fit for a 2010 Ford Escape does not have an actual wiring diagram per se as it's a plug-in-play harness. I have attached the actual installation instructions for you below which you will use for the installation process. The pigtails on the harness will plug-in behind the tail lights and then you'll need to mount the converter box, ground it, and run a power wire to the battery.
If you take a look at the install video on a similar model that will give you some good tips as well.
