The B&W Turnoverball # BWGNRC920 is just the center section of the hitch, so you would need the installation kit as well for your 2016 Ram 2500, which you can get separately with the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Custom Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC # BWGNRM1020.
However, I recommend getting the full hitch/install kit in one package with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1384.
