Does The Curt Hitch C53HR for a 2016 Volvo XC90 Require Trimming

Question:

Is it required fascia trimming to install the Curt # C53HR. However, on the product details page, it says trimming is required. I want to know how this hitch will affect the look of my vehicle so can you tell me if trimming is actually required, and if so, what it would look like after trimming? I have a 2016 Volvo XC90.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C53HR is an excellent option for a 2016 Volvo XC90. It will require trimming per the installation instructions. I have attached the instruction for you.

Please note, the trimming is required so you can get a nice hidden design and clean look once installed. The receiver tube will be tucked nicely up under the rear bumper with no cross tube shown.

Hello ... I would like to know if your towbar for Volvo XC 90 can be installed on a Volvo V90 Cross country 2019 led if we have to make some modifications like carving the facia. Thank you in advance for your advice.

The Draw-Tite # 76194 mentioned above will not fit your 2019 Volvo V90, even with modifications. The only hitch we have available that's confirmed to fit your vehicle is the Stealth # SH67FRT or # SH67FR.
