Does 2019 Volvo XC90 Need to be Reprogrammed After Installing Tekonsha Trailer Wiring Harness

Hi. I plan on getting the Tekonsha Wiring Harness 118683 for my 2019 Volvo XC90. Will I need to bring it up to the dealer to have any reprogramming done so that it works after install? Thanks for your help.

The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118683 that you referenced, which is confirmed to fit your 2019 Volvo XC90, will not require any kind of reprogramming or flashing on the vehicle for proper operation. The harness will simply be plugged into factory ports behind the tail light assemblies to tap into their circuits for powering a trailer's lights while towing. Once installed the provided 4-Way connector will be ready to use with no further modifications needed.
