Yes, the 2019 Ram 1500 is pre-wired for a trailer brake controller. The Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller part # RED44FR with the Redarc Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness for Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controllers part # 331-TPH-020 is the best option and has a factory like install/look.
I have attached a photo of where the plug will be located.
