Installing K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors

Question:
Received my universal dual lens towing mirrors today but your installation videos seem more like sales videos. I cant figure out even how to lengthen and attach the ratchet straps. Need to have a more step by step unpacking and assembling the mirrors video for me.

I didn't find an order with us from you so I'm not exactly sure which mirrors you have but I'm guessing it's the K-Source # KS3990. I'm also not sure which video you watched since we have almost 60 on those mirrors. I linked one for your where David installs them on a 2014 Grand Cherokee and demonstrates the install with the ratcheting straps about the 1:25 mark in the video.
