The Quick Release Bracket for Thule RideAlong Lite Child Bike Seat # TH100110 uses the Thule one-key system so the keys are replaceable with Thule keys. If you read the front of the lock cylinder on the quick release bracket it will tell you which key number that you need.

The replacement key can be found if you type in "THKEYN" in the search bar followed by the lock cylinder number. For example: replacement Thule key part # THKEYN061 is for the N061 lock cylinder. If you feel more comfortable just telling me the lock cylinder number. I am happy to look for you.

@Melodie Great question, and you’re not alone, this comes up a lot with secondhand Thule gear. Since there’s no code on your lock, you won’t be able to order a matching replacement key, so the best solution is to replace the lock core. To do that, you’ll need the Thule Universal Change Key part TH42BJ, which is the tool used to remove the existing lock cylinder so you can install a new one that comes with keys. With the newer Thule lock cylinders, they actually don’t have the identifying number stamped on the lock anymore as an added security feature. Instead, they’re sold as a set with matching keys that have the “N###” code printed on them, and Thule recommends writing that code down somewhere safe like the manual or receipt for future reference. Replacement keys or cylinders can then be ordered directly through Thule using that code. In your case, since you picked this up used and don’t have that information, using the change key to swap in a new lock core set is going to be the cleanest and most reliable fix. Just keep in mind the change key only works if the lock is currently in the unlocked position, so if it’s locked you may need a shop to help remove it. Once you get a new core installed, you’ll have fresh keys and a code you can keep on hand moving forward. Are you able to turn the lock at all right now or is it stuck in the locked position?
