The trailer wiring harness, # 118252, is for a 2012 Lexus RX 350 that came with a factory tow package. It sounds like your RX 350 does not have the factory tow package so you would need to use trailer wiring harness # 118478.
If your vehicle is supposed to have the factory tow package (have the dealer run the VIN to determine if it does or does not have the tow package) then the missing components to make it active could be obtained through a dealer.
I have included a link to the installation instructions for wiring harness 118478.
