Question:
Hi, this kit is much more expensive than Mighty Cord Trailer Connector Adapter - 4-Way Flat to 7-Way RV Style - 12 inch Harness Item # A10-7084VP, quality aside, is the difference only power cord and circuit break and bracket? Thanks

The main difference is just what you said, the # A10-7084VP is only the adapter and the # ETBC7L includes the bracket, connectors, a circuit breaker, and 20 feet of wire.
The other significant difference is the adapter included with # ETBC7L has a 4-way and a 7-way so you don't lose the existing 4-way on your vehicle which is important to some people. It's similar to part # C57672 which also includes the bracket but not the other parts of the # ETBC7L
