Disassembly Point for Rock Tamers Mud Flap System to Make Storing More Manageable
Published 04/08/2020 >
Question:
I use my 2012 F350 4x4 CCLB SRW to pull my travel trailer 2016 Grand Design Reflection 313RLTS with a Hensley Arrow. When Im disconnected the hitch bar and Rock Tamers is quite large and impossible to store securely. I considered removing the hub arms from the hub assembly and leaving it on the hitch bar. Whats the best point to disassemble the Rock Tamers to make everything manageable?

There isn't a really easy way to disassemble the Rock Tamers Heavy-Duty, Adjustable Mud Flap System for 2-1/2" Hitches # ERT00110 to make it manageable but the best way would definitely be to remove the larger bolts that hold the arms of the adapter to the main hub of the kit that attaches to the trailer hitch.
