Welcome back Bill! For your 2020 Ford F-350 Dually, the Rock Tamers Adjustable Mud Flap System with Rock Screen item # RT77VR is going to be the correct one if you went with the upgraded 3" hitch receiver Ford offered and use 3" ball mounts.
If your truck has the 2-1/2" receiver or you use 2-1/2" ball mounts, you'll need the Rock Tamers Adjustable Mud Flap System with Rock Screen item # RT47VR.
Both of this mud flaps are adjustable up to 97-1/4" wide and are designed to work with the wider dually models.
Please note that you will want to make sure you have at least 1" of clearance between the back of the ball mount face and the collar on the receiver. I attached a few pictures below that shows this. The Rock Tamers attach to the shank of the ball mount not to your truck's hitch receiver, which is why they need the 1" of clearance.
