Can you provide any help on removal of existing hinge in trifold cover?

Extang doesn't have written instructions or a video, but the process is simple enough that I'm pretty confident I can talk you through it.

Fold the cover open to access the hinge assemblies. You'll see that the hinge assembly is held on by 2 Phillips screws. Remove the screws, and the hinge assembly will be able to slide off the panel rails by pulling the hinge toward the edge of the cover. Then, replace with the # EX1033 replacement in reverse order by sliding the replacement hinge into place and attaching it with the 2 screws you'd removed.

The only tool you should need is just a screwdriver to remove the screw holding the endcap in place on the hinge between the the affected panels of your Extang Solid Fold 2.0 #EX83475. Once these are popped off you should be able to hold the loose…
