What is the Max Lift for the ARK XO500 Extreme Off-Road Swing-Up Jack

Question:

The demonstration video seems to be for a 10” lift series jack and states the max lift is 29.5” from base of wheel to mid of jack mount. What is the max lift height for the 16 3/4 version?

From the ground to the middle of the mounting bracket for the Extreme Off-Road Swing-Up Jack w/ Dual Wheels # ORJW500D measures 710mm (27.95") when you have it set at the highest setting. This jack gives us the ability to extend the leg using the hand crank, as well as adjust where the outer tube sits relative to our trailer frame. I have attached some dimensional photos that I reviewed directly from my contact at ARK so that you can be confident in what measurements you are looking at.

I think the confusion for the different specs comes from the ARK XO500 being so versatile, but I definitely understand how confusing that looks so we will make sure to clear up those measurements to make everything much easier to understand.
