Dimensions of the Parts Included in the Dutton Lainson Miter Gear Kit # DL22439

Hello A friend of mine just bought an old truck camper and one of the jacks has a bad miter gear set. there are no markings at all on the jacks at all. im having a difficult time finding replacement gears as im sure you know they are all prapriataory. I thought maybe you could help. I have the gears out. Hear are the measurements. outside diameter 1.188inch 1-3/16 bore diameter .508inch 1/2 thickness .539 mounting hight .898inch approximately single keyway on back of gear .170inch wide for 1/8inch roll pin there is a slight bevel on the back side of the gear that measures approximately .830inch though it probably isnt required. 16 teeth. Any help you could provide would be great.

Without the manufacturer name and model number of the jacks on your truck camper it will be difficult at best to determine the correct replacement parts for the jacks.

I pulled this part from stock and attached a photo showing all of the dimensions of the Miter Gear Kit, # DL22439, that you referenced. This kit only has 12 teeth and would not work for your jack that requires 16 teeth on the gears.

We have several kits that have gears with 16 teeth, but the .539 thickness of your gears is thicker than anything we currently stock. I attached a link to all of the gears that we currently stock for you to check out.

Unfortunately, without more information, your best bet might be to go with a new jack for your truck camper.
