I attached a diagram that shows how the Atwood switch part # AT91959 wires up. There are three sets of wiring diagrams that you will need to compare to the water heater you have now to determine which is correct.

The only way I can recommend you wire up the Atwood Switch part #AT91959 is by using the attached diagram which means using a 12 volt power source. I don't have a way we can recommend using a 110.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
