What’s is the difference between 56190 and a 59236 which one should I buy?

I can see why this might be confusing. The Curt # C59236 is a complete wiring kit that comes with the wire to run from the converter module to the battery, where if you went with the Curt # C56190 you would also need the Powered Converter Wiring Kit # 55151 for the wiring and fuse to run to the battery. The Curt # C59236 also has a slightly higher amp rating for the tail lights/turn signals, so I recommend going with that-it's also a complete kit so there's no need to worry about adding extra parts.
