The suspension enhancement system I recommend for a 2019 Ford Ranger is the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TFRRGR. The Timbrens are an excellent option because they are super easy to install (only one bolt per side) and they do not require adjustments or maintenance. The Timbrens are going to provide support while towing or hauling so that you don't have issues with incorrect headlight aim, poor braking, and instability issues. Furthermore, they won't affect the unloaded ride quality so you can still use your truck as a daily driver.
