To reduce the suspension sag of your 2020 Ford Ranger when you are carrying your slide in camper a really great option is the SumoSprings part # SS86MR which will give you the support without negatively affecting your ride quality like other options or requiring maintaining air pressure like the air bag kits.
You should note that this doesn't give you more weight capacity but will support the suspension better.
