The Buyer's Products mud flaps, part # 337B1218LSP, do not include mounting hardware so you need to source it locally. I recommend stainless steel machine screws and nuts but anything that's coated and can handle the elements will work.
Another similar sized option is the Rockstar Splash guards, part # AC84FR. The hardware is included with these.
