I reached out to the manufacturer, Buyers Products, who told me the pre-drilled mounting holes are 1/2" wide x 3/8" tall for their 12 x 18 mud flaps, which are the following part number:
- Truck Mud Flaps - Black Rubber - 12" Wide x 18" Tall # 337B1218LSP
