I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75234 for the 2020 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label. It will fit all models of the Nautilus and is a concealed cross tube design. The only portion of the hitch that is visible on the vehicle once installed is the receiver tube.

If you need wiring, I recommend T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118803 which is a custom fit wiring harness so there is no splicing involved. The Tekonsha brand has also proven to be a bit more reliable compared to the other brands especially the converter boxes.

If you plan on doing some towing you may consider the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. If you are not sure how much rise/drop you may need in a ball mount to tow your trailer level, I recommend to take a look at the helpful article I have attached about how to figure the amount of rise or drop you may need.
