Hello, Does this system come with the rear bolt-on mounting brackets? Also, I have a 35foot 2010 Forest River Salem LA 336-QBUD, I think i only need a 4-point system, its under 13k lbs and i have an area to mount the rears at 18-20ft from the front jacks. Would this system work for me? Thank you!

Yes, the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System part # LC358590 comes with everything you need for installation including the rear mounting brackets which get bolted onto the trailer frame. In regards to choosing between the above and the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System part # LC675817, this has more to do with length than weight. I have attached a photo below to clarify. That said, based on the provided information the 4-point system would indeed be correct for you trailer.
