How Are Slipper Springs Attached to Equalizer and Hangers

Question:

This question is on the equalizer, with five leaf slipper springs with hook end on a tandem setup, what end of the equalizer is for the eye on the spring and what end is for the slipper spring hook? I watched the video a few times but that part is left out about the equalizer.

The slipper spring hook of a slipper spring like part # e67SR attaches to the equalizer and the eye of the spring attaches to the hangers of Tandem-Axle trailer hanger kit part # APT6SE. I have attached a diagram of how slipper springs are setup. I have also attached a very helpful article that explains slipper spring setups.
