What is the length of the PS1401440303 from the center of the mounting bracket to the bottom of the foot when retracted and at full extension?

The distance from the center of the mounting bracket to the bottom of the foot plate when retracted is 15-1/2 inches. The distance when fully extended is 30-1/2 inches.
