Replacement Crank for Ventline Old Style Rounded Dome Vent

Question:

is there a replacement crank assembly gear box for the ventline old style rounded dome trailer vent.? or another part that works in its place?

Expert Reply:

We carry two different replacement operator and knob assemblies for the Ventline trailer roof vents. The operator you referenced, # BV0115-04, will work with vent covers that have either a slot or a slotted bracket for the end of the operator arm to slide into and it uses a metal clip to secure the arm to the vent cover. This operator is designed to work with the V2110 Ventline roof vent.

The other operator that we carry is part # BVD0462-00. The operator arm has a plastic clip that will slide over a ramp molded into the vent cover. This operator is designed to work with the V2092, V2094 and V2119 Ventline roof vents

If you have the V2119 model vent with electric lift, then you will want to get the Replacement Gear Motor with Pinion Gear, # BVB0601-00, instead of the operator and knob.

If you have a different model Ventline vent, then send me the model number and I can check on available replacement parts.
