I see that it says fascia needs to be cut for the etrailer hitch on my 2020 CR-V. Can you expand on this? Thanks.

Some trimming of the rear fascia on your 2020 Honda CR-V is indeed required when installing the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98848 to allow clearance for the drop-down receiver. You will just need to use some shears/snips to trim about 3" x 1-3/8" section from the bumper, as shown in the attached image from the install manual.
This trimming is what allows the hidden-crosstube appearance of the hitch where only the 2" receiver is actually visible. I have attached a full installation video that you can also use for reference.
