Does Thule make an SR style to fit the 8 ft bed? Also I would like a soft top that will work with it, roll up

Yes, Thule does have a sliding SR TracRac that fits your 2019 F-450 long bed with the part # TH43003XT-000 I just checked with them to confirm.
Then for a roll up tonneau you'd need the BAK Revolver # BAK49ZR and you'd be set. This is only option currently that fits with TracRac ladder rack as well.
