To know if your 2017 Ford F-350 has an in-bed puck system installed you'll just need to look and see if you have four rounded attachment points (usually covered up when not in use, like in the attached picture).

If you don't see these in your bed then you do not have a OEM prep package and would need to install the Reese Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # RP39FR.

This hitch will give you the four attachment points you need for the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package # BWRVK3305 you were looking at, as well as a gooseneck attachment point.
