Will this product work with the OEM Ram gooseneck prep kit? 2018 Ram 2500

I may have a solution for you, however the B&W 1" High-Rise Ball # BWGNXA2050 you referenced features a square shank that will only work with the corresponding square shaped hole on the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitches. This will not fit the round OEM gooseneck ball hole on your 2018 Ram 2500.

There isn't a high-rise ball available that's designed to fit he OEM puck on your Ram, but we do have the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2062 that's a confirmed fit. While this isn't labeled as a "high-rise" ball, it does offer a slightly taller profile than the other available options. From the bed floor on your Ram it will measure 5-3/4" to the top of the ball, which is about 1-3/4" taller than the alternative models.

This particular kit also includes the 2 safety chain hookups that will mount to the corresponding pucks in your truck bed. I have attached a couple short video reviews that you can check out as well.
