Will this fit Demco Surge Brake Actuator w and Electric Lockout - Disc - Zinc - 2-5/16inch Ball - 12.5K Part Number: DM8104311 Existing brake line is too short for the new coupler and need something like this to connect to the actuator and existing 3/16” brake line

Hey Greg, the DeeMaxx Hydraulic Brake Line # DE54JR that you referenced is the correct thread size for the master cylinder of the Demco Surge Brake Actuator w Drop and Electric Lockout # DM8104311. This would work and is 24 inches long so hopefully that would be long enough to work for you.
