Need to know what and how to measure the livingroom slide out for awning

The measurement you need to pick out a slide out awning for a motorhome like your 2002 Winnebago Journey DL is the width that includes the flange around the outside of the slide out. For example the # LCV000165061 is the correct fit for flange widths of 146 through 151 inches.
