I reached out to the manufacturer, who told me the Air Lift AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs # AL60830 that fit your 2020 Jeep Gladiator are only designed for stock coil springs, so your springs would need to be the same size as stock in order to work.

They said they would need to know the diameter and length of the coil springs that are currently on your Gladiator (if they are different than stock) to see if there was a kit that would fit. If you let me know those dimensions I can try to find a kit from Air Lift for you.
