Would it be compatible with an anti-rattle stabilizer?

If you are referring to an anti-rattle device that actually tightens down over the accessory shank like the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-061, it's not going to be compatible with the etrailer Hitch Pin Alignment Collar # e98942. The collar will take up the same space on the shank that a stabilizer like this would need to use for proper installation and performance.

An alternative anti-rattle device that would work great with the etrailer Collar is one that does its work on the inside of the receiver, such as the Let's Go Aero # 63232 as long as the accessory has a hollow shank. This system pulls the shank against the inside wall of the hitch receiver using a spring block and tightened down bolt. It won't interfere at all with the etrailer Collar.
