The Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Winch w/ Remote # DL25019 has a die-formed base that allows for quick and easy mounting to a variety of surfaces. I've attached a photo to this answer that shows the holes in the base of this winch that you'll use when mounting.
To mount this winch you can use the Dutton-Lainson Quick Mount Kit # DL70309 or the Dutton-Lainson Mounting Adapter Plate for StrongArm Electric Winches # DL24055. You can also use 3/8" Grade 2 or Grade 5 screws into your trailer frame that can be sourced from your local hardware store.
