Is a mounting bracket need for the Winch? Hi, on the 1500 lbs marine winch, can I buy a mounting bracket, and a swival hook ????

The Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Trailer Winch - Marine - 1,500 lbs # TW4015 requires a winch stand or mounting bracket.

For the StrongArm you can use the Dutton-Lainson Mounting Adapter Plate for StrongArm Electric Winches # DL24055 if you have a narrow winch stand or the Dutton-Lainson Angle Mounting Plate for StrongArm Electric Winches # DL24059 if your stand is at an angle. You will need Dutton-Lainson Quick Mount Kit for StrongArm Electric Winches # DL70309 as well.

As for "swivel hook" I'm not entirely sure what you are referring to but the Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Trailer Winch # TW4015 does come with a 20' long x 2" wide strap that has a steel hook on it.
