Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer. Today we're gonna take a look at the Hydrastar galvanized 60 degree winch stand with the remote winch seat. Now this winch stand assembly is gonna boast a strong and reliable three inch by four inch post. Has a 42 inch reach, which is measured from here to the end here. And it has a 36 inch winch mount height from the base up to here.
That 36 inch plant farm height is gonna help the line or help your line the strap up with your bow eye on your boat. It is designed to provide you with the support you need to securely winch your boat onto your trailer. The winch sits at the top of the post here at a 60 degree angle, and that 60 degree angle seat helps position that winch higher for boats that have the tall bows or anchor rollers. That added angle is gonna improve your strap alignment and clearance when you're loading. Right up here where the winch will mount, it's a five inch by 12 inch size winch seat and it has pre-drilled holes in it to accept most hand winches.
The post we mentioned is a three inch by four inch post construction, gives you a nice sturdy base for winching. Finish on it is a hot dip galvanized finish or resist rust in any marine use. And the base plate right down here is designed to securely fit onto most of your standard three inch wide trailer tongues.
