For your 2019 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid I highly recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76046-SK because of its hidden-crosstube design (the only hitch with this style available for your Hybrid model). This hidden design means that only the 2" receiver is visible from behind the van, maintaining a clean, factory-like appearance and helping with ground clearance too. I have attached a couple images of the hitch installed on the 19 Pacifica so you can see exactly what I mean.

This particular hitch includes custom brackets that allow for a no-drill installation and are specific to the Hybrid model, allowing you to relocate the carbon canister so the hitch can fit into place. I have included the complete installation instructions below that you can also check out.
