I checked with all of our bike rack manufacturers and the only 3-bike trunk rack option that is confirmed to fit your 2019 Volvo XC90 is the Yakima HangOut 3 Bike Rack, part # Y02638.

For your XC90, the HangOut 3 requires that the upper and lower hooks must be installed in anchor mode. See the attached installation instructions for more details.

Since this is a hanging style rack, in order to carry a bike level during transport, it must have a relatively straight top tube. Most standard men's bikes have this, but women's and children's bikes tend to have alternative frames with a slanted top tube, so for those applications, you'll need to use a bike adapter bar # Y02531.

I checked with Hollywood Racks and they only show the # HRF2 (which is the 2-bike version of their Over-the-Top bike rack) in their fit guide. But since the only difference between the # HRF2 and the # HRF2-3 is the longer arms that accommodate 3 bikes instead of two, it should also be a fit for your 2019 XC90. I also confirmed that there aren't any special fit notes for your vehicle, so you can follow the standard hook installation. Hollywood does offer their own bike adapter bar as well, through part # HRBA-PRO. While you can use the Yakima adapter I mentioned earlier, the Hollywood adapter bar will match up nicer to the color on the # HRF2-3.
